Step 1: Apply cleansing milk to face and neck using circular movements, rinse in the shower or remove with damp bamboo removal pads. Use every morning and evening.

Step 2: Apply a small amount of cleansing lotion into the well of your hand, then apply directly to the face and neck, avoiding the eye contour. Use every morning and evening.

Step 3: Once a week, after cleansing, apply a thin layer of biological skin peel to dry skin over the face and neck, avoiding the eye contour. Leave for 2 minutes, then gently rub with fingertips to manually exfoliate. Rinse the remaining product or remove with damp bamboo pads. Dry the skin, then follow with your mask.

Step 4: Once a week, after exfoliation, apply an even layer of your nutri-soothing mask to the face and neck. Avoid the eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes then rinse with water. Dry the skin, then apply cleansing lotion.

Step 5: Apply moisturizer to face and neck every morning and/or evening.
